The introductory coaching package consists of a pro bike fit session, phsyiological testing, and an 8-week training plan developed just for you, including weekly coaching support by phone or email. See the coaching details on our website for more details on each of these services.

Lorri has been fitting women (and men) since 2001. Each session takes about 90 minutes, during which time we thoroughly discuss your athletic/health history and goals. She'll record your current geometry and then analyze your current position and pedal stroke utilizing a CompuTrainer for precise feedback. She might make changes to your current fit or suggest changes you could make in the future. You'll walk away with a printout of your current geometry, changes, and notes for future reference.
